For USA, UK, and Selected Countries:
We hold ourselves to strict delivery standards. If your package arrives after the estimated delivery window, email us at hello@forleos.com. We will promptly issue $1 cashback and send you a $5 discount coupon toward your next purchase.
In the rare event (less than 0.01% of shipments) that unforeseen transit delays exceed 60 days, we will immediately grant a full refund. Should your order arrive after the refund is settled, the items are yours to keep at zero charge.
For the Rest of the World (International):
For regions outside our primary "Selected Countries" list, standard transit can occasionally take 35 to 45 days depending on regional postal networks. Every package includes end-to-end tracking. If transit extends beyond 100 days, you can choose between a complete refund or a free replacement dispatched via an alternate carrier. If your original delayed shipment eventually delivers after the 100-day refund, keep the package at no cost.
